The horses of Inspired Harmony are carefully chosen. They must meet certain temperament and physical requirements. Each horse is handled daily and is trained in a non-resistant, natural method, which implements positive techniques and calm handling. Additionally, the handler and horses are tested considering how they work as a team, individually, and under varied conditions. Training procedures meet or exceed Delta Society requirements. Horse and Handler teams are evaluated, tested, registered and insured by Delta Society Pet Partners.

Horses must be in excellent health and receive routine vaccinations for Rabies West Nile Virus Prestige V - a combination equine diseases prevention vaccine. Each horse is on a daily feed-through worming program along with receiving Ivermectrin dosages every 120 days. Veterinary Examinations and Health Certificates are conducted annually or as needed.
